Ordering, Shipping and Returns Policies
Ordering:
All orders received by 11:00 a.m. (Pacific Mountain Time) will be shipped that business day. After 11:00 a.m. it will be shipped the next business day. Prices are in Canadian Dollars. For those of you outside of Canada, conversion will be made by your financial institution. The exact conversion will be calculated depending on the day-to-day conversion rates between Canada and your country.
You can order online, through various areas of the website, or you can use our "Printable Order Form". The printable order form can be filled out and then emailed or faxed in. All the information is on the actual "printable order form".
Payment Information:
We accept Visa and MasterCard only. We do not accept money orders from any country other than Canada. Please see our Money Order page for money order payment instructions.

The following are the “flat rates” for shipping charges.

You can order up to 15 products for the flat rate pricing.
For customers in Canada and the United States: FREE SHIPPING on any pretax order total of $100 or more! For the same order total, International customers will receive a $10 discount on shipping! Join our AutoShip Program for shipping savings and ordering convenience.
* We cannot say how long International shipping will take. Please check with your local post office and ask how long an Air Mail package would take to get to your country.
** If you are outside of Canada or the United States, please Contact Us to place your order and/or to receive a quote for shipping charges. We cannot accept online International orders via our shopping cart at this time.
Shipping in Canada:
Western Canada is usually 1 – 2 business days and Eastern Canada is usually 2 – 3 business days.
You may order up to 15 products per order to receive the posted shipping rates. For quantities greater than 15 products, please contact us for a quote unless your pretax order total exceeds $100, in which case your shipping is FREE!.
Shipping in the U.S.A.:
We ship Small Packet Airmail and this will usually mean 5 – 10 business days for the U.S.A. If there are any holidays or border issues, the turn around time will be longer.
Shipments to the U.S.A. may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the addressee, as Balance Your Immune System has no control over any foreign duty or additional taxes charged.

International:
If you are outside of Canada or the United States, please contact us directly to place your order and determine shipping costs.
We ship Small Packet Airmail and this will usually mean 10+ days for International deliveries. If there are any holidays, the turn around time will be longer. Please contact your local post office to see if they can give you an estimate on how long a small package will take to get from BC, Canada to your location. The length of time is based on after it leaves Canada, that is the part that takes the longest.
International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes upon reaching the designated country. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the addressee as Balance Your Body Naturally has no control over any foreign duty or additional taxes charged.
Returns:
You may return any unopened product(s). The credit card you used to purchase them will be credited and a copy of the credit slip will be mailed to your home. Shipping is not reimbursed.
AutoShip Discount Program
Once you know you like the product and want to continue using it, you should consider signing up for the AutoShip Program. Simply select two or more eligible products to have shipped to you on a regular basis of your choosing. You can change your shipping schedule, quantity or cancel at any time, with no obligation.
